Introduction (1st Training)

Effective teamwork (2nd Training)
- The five steps that would improve teamwork
- Reasons for bad teamwork

- Why some individuals in a group deliver little, if anything.

- Analysis of teams based on personality types
- Review different roles of different individuals in large groups.
Efficient meetings (3rd Training)
- Classical meetings: yielded little or nothing, or just a repetition of the previous meetings.
- A meeting that was supposed to deliver much, in good timing and seems organised but somehow ended up in small talk, discussions, or argument. In the end, nothing was decided.
