What do buttered coffee, spiky mattresses, smart monitoring apps and orange glasses have in common?
They are all part of the ever increasing arsenal of tools that people in the bio-, life hacking and quantified self-movement are using to improve their lives and performance. Bio- and life hacking means learning about stuff yourself, making changes and see what happens and self-quantification is a way to monitor those changes.
In this short introductory seminar we will look at and try three popular hacks related to food, work and sleep that might help you to become the best version of yourself.
